Saturdays are Fun!

We had a good Saturday. Wendell was busy working on "the property" east of town, Cecilia and I did some chores and took a nap, then we went to Bristol to Wendell's brother's restaurant for supper. We sat with Wendell's aunt and uncle and Cecilia had fun entertaining the other customers. Here are some pics and video from today.

A Thursday Night at Home......

Ceci and I are spending a quiet night at home alone. Wendell is trucking, RJ went to a volleyball match, and we are vegging in front of the TV! We are going to eat Chicken Alfredo Pizza and watch Survivor and ER. It was a busy week! I was in Sioux Falls on Sunday and Monday for a workshop and Tuesday night we handed out tablet computers to our juniors and seniors. They are pretty excited about the 1 to 1 Initiative. They are the natives and the teachers are definitely the digital immigrants! Hope everyone had a good week and has a good weekend!

On to Basketball......

Disregard my last post! RJ has decided not to play football anymore. His heart just isn't in it, and no matter how sad his mother is, it is his decision. So! Here are some BB pictures instead! Their team did win 49-0 Friday night. I think he missed it some, but oh well. We learn from the choices that we make!

Friday Night Football

Last week on Friday night Britton-Hecla played Deuel in football. Unfortunately, they lost 14-12 in overtime. They won every aspect of the game except the score. RJ had a touchdown on our first possession which was very exciting! He also had some other nice catches.

This Friday we play our arch rival, Aberdeen Roncalli. They have really dominated our conference in the past few years, so we are looking to change things this year! Here are a few pics of RJ playing football last season. Go Braves!

School is going fine. I am off to Mitchell tomorrow for meetings. Ceci is back at daycare, Wendell is busy with trucking and RJ is back into the swing of school. He is aiding for and elementary classroom this year and is really enjoying it. Maybe he'll be a teacher?????
